  • Information submitted to Florida Storm Safety Institute is maintained in secure internal records used only for scheduling services, program administration, and measuring the impact of our charitable efforts. Contact information and program data are stored in limited-access files maintained by authorized personnel only.

    Demographic information is tracked separately, anonymously, and reviewed so that community impact can be measured without identifying individual participants.

  • Yes. Upon request, Florida Storm Safety Institute will remove personally identifying information from our internal records when reasonably possible. Your name and contact details will be deleted and replaced with a REDACTED identifier.

    We may retain limited non-identifying administrative information such as service date, type of inspection performed, and program activity totals, in order maintain accurate records, measure program impact, and satisfy internal reporting needs. These retained records will not include information that directly identifies you.
